Are you retired but ready to jump back into a fun part time job?  Are you a stay-at-home mom who is ready to get out of the house a few days a week?  This is a great opportunity that doesn’t come along often, as we look to replace a position held for 17 years who will soon be retiring.

Family Pathways is looking for a part time Education and Outreach Coordinator to work for our Aging Services program.  Our programs support older adults and caregivers and this position will facilitate educational classes in the community and connect with community partners and professionals through outreach visits and at events.  The ideal candidate has experience with older adults and/or caregivers, is outgoing and likes to speak in front of small groups and can be a positive representative for our organization. 

This position is 20 hours a week, weekdays, with a flexible schedule.  Location will be mostly remote, covering 5 counties:  Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine.  Job requirements are either a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience working with older adults or caregivers in a professional or personal setting.
