Full Time – Food Access Regional Manager – North Branch, MN
The Food Access Regional Manager is responsible for the food sourcing, procurement, inventory, operations and distribution of food access programs and facilities as assigned. They fulfill the mission and vision of Family Pathways by ensuring equitable, healthy food access for those in need. This position requires skilled communication and problem-solving working with clients, staff, volunteers, and leadership in a team atmosphere. The position requires detailed logistical work and creative program coordination with a focus on efficiencies and improvements. Key roles involve managing assigned food shelves, programs, and staff.
Who You Are
- Hold a degree in business, nonprofit, or social service area; or 5+ years of related experience in food hunger or closely related program management.
- Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential matters.
- Desire to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to plan, direct and review the work of others with confidence and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- High attention to detail and flexible in nature.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects with deadlines, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must have a dependable vehicle, a current and valid Driver’s License, and proof of current insurance.
