FULL TIME - PROCESSING AND RECYCLING CENTER DRIVER (MONDAY-FRIDAY; NO WEEKENDS)- CHISAGO CITY, MN

Family Pathways is currently hiring a full-time driver to help transform community donations of gently-used clothing and household goods into funding for our core social programs. The driver provides many levels of support to our thrift stores and the organization, from dropping off and picking up donations from our various locations, unloading donation trailers, and assisting the processing and recycling center with daily activities when daily routes are complete.  Your work translates into helping create a safety net of essential services in your community.

Who You Are

• 18+ years old and have a valid drivers license
• Clean driving record and able to drive a commercial vehicle under 20,000 lbs (no CDL required)
• Able to pass DOT Physical Exam
• Dependable, creative and able to work independently
• Attentive to detail
• Able to overcome obstacles and problem solve
• Quick learner and a team player
• Passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused

Over the past four decades, we’ve adapted to the needs of the communities we serve in the City of Forest Lake; Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties in Minnesota and Polk County in Wisconsin. Family Pathways’ support services provides healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, and services for older adults and caregivers.

What You Get in Return

• Typical Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour (non-exempt)
• Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm; no weekends
