FULL-TIME PARENTING TIME MANAGER – NORTH BRANCH, MN

The Parenting Time Manager is responsible for providing program management and supervision to ensure children and their guardian/s, custodial and non-custodial parent/s have safe and positive supervised visits and exchanges. The Parenting Time Manager incorporates, practices, and promotes Family Pathways guiding principles: trust, collaboration, communication, integrity, respect, positivity, and creativity.

  • Experienced, client-centered professional who is passionate about working for a mission-based organization and making a positive impact in the lives of families 

  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy  

  • Experienced in providing advocacy to victims, clients, and families 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, effective, person-centered, and trauma-informed 

  • Ability to plan, direct, and review the work of others with confidence and clarity 

  • Quick learner and a team player 

  • Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and direct the work of others 

  • Able to work with sensitive and/or confidential matters 

  • Friendly and approachable 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat products, and online communication platforms such as Zoom/Teams

Family Pathways support services provide healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, and services for older adults and caregivers. 

What You Get in Return 

  • Starting Salary: $52,000 annually (exempt) 

  • Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm
